Open a Siesta Advisor

A proven adventure brand. A system built to grow.

Why open a Siesta Advisor rather than build an outdoor activity business from scratch? Because the hard part is already done: 15 seasons of real operations on the Costa Blanca, proven products, safety procedures, booking technology, marketing and a team that has made every mistake so you do not have to. You are not buying a logo. You are accessing a proven operating model.

The model

A coastal base, run well

A Siesta Advisor is a coastal base: a spot on the beach or in a harbour that runs guided sea experiences, rents kayaks and paddle boards, and hosts camps for children in summer. Guests book online on our own booking engine or walk up on the day. The base is small, the kit is simple and the coast does the rest.

We started that way in Jávea in 2012 and still run it ourselves, from the beach base at Avenida del Mediterráneo 15 and the office at Avenida de París 35.

Why the model works

Siesta Advisor is not reliant on a single product. The base earns from several streams across the year, and each one feeds the others.

Tours

Guided kayak, snorkel and paddle board experiences, the core of every day

Rentals

Kayaks and boards by the hour from the same beach base

Kids camps

Summer, Easter, Winter and Surf camps that fill the shoulder weeks

Private experiences

Families, couples and small groups who want the coast to themselves

Group experiences

Schools, clubs, stag and hen groups, birthdays

Corporate events

Team building and incentive days for companies

Partnerships & affiliates

Hotels, villas, restaurants and creators who send guests and earn commission

Seasonal products

Courses, coasteering, winter programmes: something for every month

Cross-selling

A kayak guest rents a board tomorrow and books the camp next summer

From experience to system

Operate → Learn → Standardise → Improve → Scale

The franchise model has grown out of real-world operations, one season at a time.

  1. 1

    Operate

Every season since 2012 on the beach in Jávea: guests, weather, kit, people.

  2. 2

    Learn

Thousands of guests and hundreds of days on the water taught us what works and what does not.

  3. 3

    Standardise

Procedures, safety systems, training and a booking platform we built for ourselves.

  4. 4

    Improve

Reviews, data and the team's feedback keep every part of the operation moving forward.

  5. 5

    Scale

Multiple locations along the coast, proven systems and now the next Siesta Advisor: yours.

Tell us about you and your coast

A few questions so the first conversation is a useful one. Nothing here commits either of us.

Set-up costs, fees and the agreement itself are in the information pack and discussed in person, not on this page.
