If you arrive at the Chiringuito first thing in the morning and everything is already set up and ready to go, there’s a pretty good chance I’ve been there for a while!
I’m responsible for helping make sure everything at the Siesta Advisor Chiringuito runs smoothly, particularly when it comes to getting the base ready for another busy day of adventures.
That means plenty of early starts, preparing equipment, keeping things organised and making sure the guides and customers have what they need before heading out onto the water.
Luckily, early mornings on the Mediterranean aren’t exactly the worst shift in the world. I’ve become pretty well known for loving a good sunrise, and there’s something special about getting everything ready while Jávea is still waking up. 🌅
Once the day gets going, my job is all about keeping things in order behind the scenes so everyone else can concentrate on the adventures. There might be a lot happening around the Chiringuito, but I like knowing where everything is, what needs doing and what’s coming next.
Someone has to keep the place under control… apparently that someone is me! 😎
