I joined Siesta Advisor back in 2021, and over the years my role has grown into making sure that all the moving parts behind our adventures actually come together.

As Operations Manager, I’m very much involved in the day-to-day running of Siesta Advisor. From coordinating the team and activities to keeping an eye on equipment, solving problems and dealing with whatever the day decides to throw at us, my job is essentially to keep things moving and make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

And at Siesta Advisor, “operations” can mean just about anything! One minute everything is going exactly to plan, and the next there’s a kayak to repair, equipment that needs moving or a last-minute problem that needs solving. I enjoy being hands-on and getting stuck in wherever I’m needed.

I’ve always had a massive passion for the outdoors, and especially for being around the water, so working somewhere where the sea is effectively part of the office has always suited me pretty well.

After being here since 2021, I’ve seen Siesta Advisor grow and change enormously, and I’m proud to be one of the people behind the scenes making sure the adventures keep happening every day. 🌊
