1. Introduction

Siesta Advisor S.L. is a family-run outdoor adventure and active tourism company based in Jávea/Xàbia, Alicante, with more than a decade of experience delivering high-quality coastal experiences.

We specialise in outdoor activities such as kayaking, snorkelling, kayak rental, and active tourism experiences along the coastline of Jávea. Our work is based on safety, professionalism, environmental responsibility, personal service, and a genuine passion for nature and adventure.

Our objective is to provide safe, reliable, memorable, and high-quality experiences for our clients, supported by a trained and passionate team, efficient internal processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

To strengthen and formalise the quality and environmental standards already present in our work, Siesta Advisor S.L. has decided to implement and certify its management systems in accordance with:

• UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management Systems

• UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management Systems

This policy provides the framework for our quality and environmental objectives and applies to our services, staff, internal processes, suppliers, operational partners, clients, and other relevant interested parties.
