Our kayak guides are trained to the standards of the American Canoe Association, one of the most established paddlesports bodies in the world: technique, rescue, group leadership and decisions when conditions change. Every guide also holds a current first aid certificate. You are led by trained professionals, not just good paddlers.
ISO 9001 is the international standard for quality management and ISO 14001 the standard for environmental management. Certification means the way we plan, run and review every activity, and the way we look after the coastline we work on, is written down, followed and checked by an independent auditor.

I work on the growth, development and strategy behind Siesta Advisor, but I’m just as happy swapping the laptop for a kayak or surfboard. I also lead our team’s safety and technical training, making sure the adventure side of what we do keeps getting better and safer.
I swapped the fast-paced world of finance and stock exchanges for the Mediterranean lifestyle in Jávea. These days, I’m focused on growing Siesta Advisor, developing the company and making sure we never lose sight of what made it special in the first place.
I’m usually one of the first people at the Chiringuito in the morning, getting everything ready before the adventures begin. Early starts, Mediterranean sunrises and keeping everything organised, that’s pretty much my territory!
If I’m not out guiding a kayak tour, I’m probably somewhere outdoors looking for the next adventure… or finding something to eat before it starts! Give me water, nature and a little bit of adrenaline and I’m happy.
