A real sea expedition along Jávea's wildest coast. Follow the cliffs south from Cala Granadella, past the Cova del Llop Marí, Cala Ambolo and the Pirates' Cave, until Cabo de la Nao towers above you – then paddle into the Cova dels Orguens, a cathedral of rock about 46 metres high, where scenes of Uncharted were filmed and a school of fish comes out to meet you.

This is one of the best experiences we had in Spain on this trip. We were able to do kayaking, swimming in the caves and on beanches, snorkeling, and rock diving in a little over two and a half hours. The water was so clear and calm so we were able to see a lot of creatures under the water. The guides for our tour were Mason and Thomas, both were excellent and very professional. We will definitely come back again.
We’ve now kayaked, paddle boarded and completed a guided bike sightseeing tour with Siesta Advisor and each time my family and children have had an amazing time. The team are fluent in English and Spanish, are highly professional and safety conscious, have great knowledge of the local area and use new and well maintained equipment. We will definitely be back again!
What an amazing experience! The kayak tour with Siesta Advisor was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Our guides, Luc and Callum, were super friendly, enthusiastic, and created a great atmosphere from the very beginning. They gave clear instructions, made sure everyone felt comfortable, and shared lots of interesting information along the way. The surroundings were beautiful and the kayaking itself was so much fun. One of the best moments was definitely jumping off a cliff — a little scary, but incredibly exciting and something that made the tour even more memorable!
We took a group of six on the Kayak Cala Tango trip at 8.30am and it was fantastic! Our tour guides were superb, fluent in three languages and looked after the entire group of about twenty paddlers amazingly well. Beautiful crystal clear waters, fabulous coastline and a good workout to get the day going! Great value for money, highly recommended.
Had an awesome time out on the water with Siesta Advisor. The whole tour was super chilled and such a fun way to see a different side of the coastline – the water was insanely clear, and getting to explore the caves was a real highlight. Big shoutout to William and David, who made the day even better. They were both so easygoing and fun, and just made the whole group feel included the whole time. You could tell they knew the area inside out, and they were great at pointing things out along the way without overloading it with info – just the right balance.

At the foot of Cabo de la Nao, Jávea's easternmost cape, below the lighthouse. It can only be reached by sea; we paddle there from Cala Granadella.
At Cala Granadella, on the far left of the beach next to the fishing boats – the same meeting point as Kayak Granadella. It doesn't start at the Primer Montañar.
The Cova del Llop Marí sea cave, Cala Ambolo, a beach you can only reach by sea, the Pirates' Cave and finally the Cova dels Orguens itself.
Yes, if you have a basic level of fitness: no kayak experience is needed and the guide teaches the basics on the beach. It's our longest Granadella route, so for small children or a first, shorter paddle choose Kayak Granadella.
Around the rocks: white seabream, shoals of salema, painted comber, rainbow wrasse, octopus, moray eels, starfish and sea urchins. Rare, lucky sightings: dolphins and, in early summer, fin whales passing the capes; seahorses hide in the Posidonia seagrass but are very rarely seen. We never chase or touch wildlife.
Yes. From October to May we run Kayak Granadella, Kayak Cova dels Orguens, Kayak Cova Tallada and Kayak Moraira. Check availability online or on WhatsApp.
This is the longest of our Granadella tours, so you need a basic level of fitness – the guide sets the pace for the group and there are breaks at the caves and coves. You paddle a stable double kayak; snorkel mask, water shoes and life jackets are included. We provide a snorkel mask; guests who own a snorkel and mask they love are encouraged to bring them. Dry bags are available on request on the day, so just ask the team when you arrive. Wetsuits are included whenever the water is cold. Not sure whether you'll need one on your date? Call or message us and we'll tell you. Photos and videos of your tour are complimentary, shared in an online folder within 24 to 48 hours and kept for 180 days. Entering the caves, snorkelling and cliff jumping (where the guide allows) are all optional. The route depends on the sea: Cabo de la Nao is exposed, so on some days the guide shortens it or changes the order; if the sea isn't suitable we reschedule or refund. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start; changes within 24 hours cost €15 per participant; groups of 4 or more from June to September pay a 50% deposit. The tour starts at Cala Granadella – not at the Primer Montañar. About 8–10 guests per guide, with two guides on each departure. The safety briefing is given in Spanish and English, and in French or Dutch when a French- or Dutch-speaking guide is assigned to your group.
