Also known as Mirador dels Molins de la Plana
Between the Cap de Sant Antoni and the town, the plateau of La Plana carries a row of stone windmill towers. The oldest date from the 14th century and the newest from the 18th; for four hundred years they ground the wheat and cereals of Xàbia with the wind that still combs the plateau today. Only the towers remain, their sails long gone, but they make one of the most photographed silhouettes on the coast.
The mirador is an open balcony: the historic centre with its church of Sant Bertomeu, Montgó filling the western sky, and the bay sweeping round to Cap Prim and the Portitxol island. Come at sunset, when the light comes from behind Montgó and the mill towers glow.

- From the Cap de Sant Antoni road take the Camí dels Molins across the plateau; a short, flat detour from mirador 1.

- Flat and easy once you are up on La Plana. Combine with mirador 1 in a single climb.
